Importance of fluid concentration control

Today's metalworking fluids depend on having a stable and correct concentration to function properly during metalworking operations.
High concentrations typically results in too much fluid consumption, greasy machines, tools and parts as well as smoke and health issues. In turn, low concentration levels results in poor operation/tooling, corrosion, bacteria and excessive tool wear.

Since maintaining a correct and stable concentration is difficult, many operators tend to maintain a higher concentration than the required range to avoid mentioned issues but with related issues. With automated concentration control this is no longer an issue, and the appropriate concentration level can easily be maintained.
